Welcome to Vizopedia ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application that creates engaging visual stories from Wikipedia content (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

- The Service incorporates Wikipedia content, which is made available under licence.
- We do not claim ownership of Wikipedia text or images.
- However, all other content and software in the Service (including design, branding, and code) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze usage and improve the Service. These services may process data outside of Canada. By using the Service, you consent to this processing, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

- We aim to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
